Exam Application

This is the application for the Canadian Denturist Multijurisdictional Registration Examination (CDMRE). Information and resources related to the CDMRE may be found on the website www.cdmre.ca.

If you are currently registered with the College, or have previously attempted the registration examination through Alberta, please log into your online College profile to register for the upcoming exams.

If you have not yet registered with the College or have not yet attempted the registration examination, please complete the following application form.  The (CDMRE) is in two components, a multiple-choice question (MCQ) component and an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE).  You may apply for one or both components.  This is step one, of a two-step process, for exam registration.
